THE HOME

18 on Hewitt is a luxurious, newly renovated 6-bedroom beach house which sleeps up to 20 guests. The garden runs directly onto Tiffany’s beach – which locals consider the best beach on the north coast.

TIFFANY’S BEACH - OCEAN AND SURF

18 on Hewitt is positioned in the middle stretch of Tiffany’s beach, in-front of the famous Tiffany’s reef which is a well known surf break. It’s a popular, swimming, surfing, SUPing and kite boarding beach.

All beds are made up with luxurious 400 thread count white linen and fresh scatters. All bedrooms are airconditioned.

Spectacular views, wall mounted TV, aircon, en-suite with double basins, shower and separate toilet. Access to a large balcony with spectacular views of the ocean.

Smaller room with king bed, mounted tv, aircon, this room is set back but still has ocean views. Located next to bedroom 4 is a full bathroom with bath, shower, double basin and toilet.

Four built in bunk beds (8 single beds), aircon, located on the first floor, en-suite with shower and double basin, separate toilet, 3 large closets.

Two built in bunk beds (4 single beds) offers sliding glass doors and security shutters, aircon, en-suite with shower, double basin, toilet, 2 large closets.

VERANDA

The main veranda is a 80m2 open plan modern living space which hosts a 12 seater dining table, a comfortable large seating area, pool table and drinks station with a large 3 door bar fridge and ice machine. This exquisite large veranda area leads out onto a wooden deck and pool .

KITCHEN

The home is designed with a front and back of house kitchen. You will find a “coffee & toast “ station (Nespresso machine) and serving island. The back of house kitchen is a large space with gas stove, electric oven, two fridges, two freezers, wash up area, pantry and laundry.

There is a smaller “out of the way” tv lounge for kids to relax or to kick back and watch a movie on a rainy day.

POOL AREA

Outside you’ll find a large private pool with floating cushioned sun loungers and 2 outdoor showers. A large beach deck with sun loungers and umbrellas has fantastic views of the surf and leads down onto the beach.
